Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can confirm your return. Returns are sent by post; you bear the cost of return when you change your mind. There are no restocking or handling fees.

If an item is faulty or was damaged in transit, we cover the cost of return and you can choose a replacement, a different product or a refund.

You can also exchange any item within 14 days for a different product from our range - no reason needed. Just email us first; we send the replacement without a delivery charge and settle any price difference.
