We deliver within the United Kingdom at a flat rate of £4.95 per order. Our estimated delivery times are: Processing time 1 to 3 working days (Mon to Fri), transit time 6 to 10 working days (Mon to Fri), total delivery time 7 to 13 working days. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will confirm the next step and cover the cost of returning it, and you can choose a replacement, a different product or a refund. Once we have received and checked your returned item, we usually issue the refund within 5 days, and no later than the statutory period of 14 days, to your original payment method. Details are in our returns and cancellations policy.

Yes, we also handle enquiries from nurseries, schools and group orders. Just write to us using our contact form.

You can exchange any item - not only faulty ones. Within 14 days of receiving your order you can swap your item for a different product from our range, without giving a reason. Email us at info@montessoriheld.com with your order number and the product you would like instead, or write to us through our contact form. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We send the replacement to you without any delivery charge and settle any price difference either way. All details are in our returns and cancellations policy.
