Shipping policy
Here you will find everything about delivery, delivery times and common questions about your order. We deliver within the United Kingdom.
Delivery area
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery to other countries is not possible at this time.
Delivery costs
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order, regardless of the number of items. Delivery costs are shown in your basket and at checkout, in addition to the product price, before you complete your order.
Daily order cut-off
Order cut-off time: 12:00 noon (London time). Orders placed before 12:00 noon (London time) are usually taken into processing on the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon and on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Processing time
Processing time (from receipt of payment to handover to the delivery service) is 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). During this time your order is checked, picked and prepared for despatch.
Transit time
Transit time with our delivery partner (typically Royal Mail or Evri) is 6 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday).
Total delivery time
The expected total delivery time (processing time plus transit time) is therefore approximately 7 to 13 working days from receipt of your order. If delivery falls on a public holiday, arrival may be delayed accordingly.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a despatch confirmation by email with a tracking link, so you can follow your delivery at any time. You can also track your order on our order tracking page.
Changing your delivery address
As long as your order is still being processed we can change the delivery address. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@montessoriheld.com. Once the parcel is on its way, the address can no longer be changed.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been prepared for despatch. Please send your request to info@montessoriheld.com, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. After despatch, our returns and cancellations policy applies.
Damaged or faulty parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery and inform us immediately. If the parcel was delivered while you were out, please contact us at info@montessoriheld.com and attach clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will find a quick solution together.
Parcel not received
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check possible safe places and ask your neighbours. If the parcel does not turn up after a few days, contact us and we will start an enquiry with the delivery service.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address. A correction is only possible while the order is still being processed.

Usually within 7 to 13 working days from receipt of your order (1 to 3 working days processing, 6 to 10 working days transit).

How can I track my parcel?
With the link in the despatch confirmation you receive by email once your order has been sent.
Can I still change my delivery address?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order and as long as it has not been despatched. Just email us at info@montessoriheld.com.
My parcel is damaged or missing - what should I do?
Contact us at info@montessoriheld.com with photos and your order number and we will deal with it straight away.
