2. Payment Processing

Payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
Orders will only be processed or dispatched once full payment has been received.

Should a payment be declined or fail, the order will not be confirmed and will remain pending.

3. Prices & Currency

All prices listed on Montessoriheld are in British Pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Delivery within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order and is displayed in addition to the product price.

Montessoriheld uses SSL encryption and trusted payment providers to guarantee the security of your transactions. Your personal and financial details are thus protected.

We do not store any credit card or full payment data on our servers, as processing takes place directly via our payment partners.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy . Please note the deadlines and conditions set out there.

Unjustified chargebacks will be contested by us. We kindly ask you to contact us first in case of any discrepancies.
