  • Payment data: payment method and the data required to process your payment. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Contact data: the information you send us by email or through our contact form.
  • Usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring page, date and time of your visit.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To process your order, including delivery, payment, returns and customer service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • To answer your enquiries. Legal basis: performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to you.
  • To keep our shop secure and working properly, including fraud prevention. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • To understand how our shop is used, using analytics. Legal basis: your consent, given through our cookie banner.
  • To meet legal obligations, for example retention obligations under tax and commercial law. Legal basis: legal obligation.

4. Who we share your data with

  • Shopify: our shop runs on the Shopify platform. Shopify processes order, customer and usage data on our behalf and provides the built-in web pixel and telemetry functions of the platform.
  • Payment providers: depending on the payment method you choose, your payment data is processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal under their own terms and privacy notices.
  • Delivery service: we pass on the name and delivery address needed to deliver your parcel.
  • ParcelPanel: our order tracking page is provided by ParcelPanel. When you use it, your tracking or order number is transmitted to that service.
  • Microsoft Clarity: we use Microsoft Clarity to analyse how visitors use our shop, including aggregated usage and interaction data. Microsoft may combine this data with its own services. Details are set out in the Microsoft privacy statement.
  • hCaptcha: our forms are protected against spam and abuse by hCaptcha. When you submit a form, hCaptcha may process technical usage data to distinguish people from automated programs. Details are set out in the hCaptcha privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the shop, your basket and the checkout to work. Analytics cookies, including those set by Microsoft Clarity, are only used where you have given consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings on our website or through your browser settings.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
